Then you’ll have an in-depth technical interview with one of our engineers. The final step is a closing conversation with one of the managing directors. Is there a mutual click? Yes, that’s possible. At SPARQ we work with three types of contracts: permanent employment, self-employed with a focus on long-term collaboration, or as a freelance contractor on a project basis. What matters to us? Commitment and sustainable cooperation. We prefer building a strong long-term relationship over a short project. Because our SPARQ family is our core!
We’d rather ask the question differently: how far are you willing to go the extra mile for the client? If the project requires your presence, you’ll be on site. Working from home is certainly possible, although we also strongly believe in collaborating at the office and close to the client. Always with respect for a healthy work-life balance. Does that sound like you? Then we’re fully aligned.
As a committed companion, we’re present at the client’s site 80–90% of the time. Not for show, but to closely monitor projects, take ownership, and keep everything on the right track. Nice to know: Thursday is our fixed, sacred office day.
